LA CASA
CASA DOSCUERVOS is a space designed to have a restful stay at the beautiful downtown of Querétaro, each space was planned to have an experience that invites you to relax and enjoy your stay, two blocks away from the tourist area and close to main avenues, it has an excellent location and provides a cozy home to live the downtown experience.
For more than 40 years the house had been used as an engineers and architects studio, taking advantage of our skills we wanted to be able to share a little of our work and we decided to give the house a new life and open it as a rental location that reflected how much we love the space and our work.
House Rules
We want you to enjoy your stay and make you feel at home, that's why we ask you to take care of it as if it was your own, we wish you and other guests to continue enjoying it, so here are some basic rules.
CHECK OUT 11:AM
We would love you to stay longer, but we ask you to respect your check-out time in order to receive the next guests.
NO SMOKING
Do not smoke or do drugs inside the house, it can be annoying for the next guests, vaping is allowed.
NO VISITS WITHOUT REGISTRATION
For comfort and security, we ask that the authorized number of guests be respected.
NO PARTIES
It is not allowed to hold parties, noises or crowds may disturb the neighbors. Small groups hangouts are allowed, but make sure to take care of the volume.
RESPECT HOURS OF SLEEP
Keep a low volume 10 PM to 8 AM.
NO PETS
We love pets, but due to maintenance and cleaning issues, they are not invited ☹.
WARNING
Due to safety and accessibility issues, the house has NOT been designed for children or for people with any type of physical disability, we have an unprotected staircase, the space in the bathroom and shower are reduced, it is the guest's responsibility for issues related to children and mentioned accessibility.
